General Prosecutor's Office did not approve an indictment in the case of the bombing of a train "Nevsky Express" and returned it on 6 March for further investigation. "The indictment was not approved because, in assessing the supervising prosecutors, the investigation was not conducted in full", - told the officials.

The criminal case "Nevsky Express" aims to further investigate and eliminate the deficiencies identified in the Main Investigation Department Investigation Committee (IC) of Russia.

Yesterday Novgorod oblsud extended the detention of two of the accused in a case of undermining the train "Nevsky Express Salanbeku Dzahkievu and Maksharipu Hidrievu.
